Although your translation will be done by a highly qualified and experienced translator, most of our work is web-based allowing us to have low overheads and pass the savings on to you - our customer!

The rates shown below are only provided as guidance. Each project will be analysed and an accurate quote will be given. This is because projects vary in deadline, purpose, file format and technicality. For clients in the USA and Mainland Europe, rates are also available in US Dollars and Euros. Contact us.

Special agency rates also available!

  • All translations are charged per 1,000 words, with a minimum charge for small texts.
  • We offer a 5% discount for a translation job of more than 10,000 words.
  • Cancellation Charge: Portion of the fee agreed for the complete job represented by the percentage (%) of total service(s) performed, but in any event not less than fifty per cent (50%) of said fee.

  • Payment Terms
    • Invoices are generally issued on the day of project completion.
    • Standard payment terms: Within 30 days of date of invoice.
    • New clients & individuals: Payment is due upon delivery of the job. Once credit has been established, the payment terms might be extended to 30 days.
